Find the app version in iOS Settings → General → iPhone Storage → Crownfall (or iPad Storage on iPad). Please describe what you were doing and include the encounter or screen involved. A screenshot can help; don't include passwords or payment details.

Common questions

Where is my progress saved?

On your device. Progress saves automatically after every completed action. Automatic cloud synchronization is not connected.

How do I move my progress to a new device?

Open Settings → Comfort → Saves & Backup in the app and choose Copy Save Transfer Code. On your other device, choose Paste & Review Transfer Code, review the details and confirm. Importing replaces that device's progress and retains a local recovery copy. Purchases are restored separately when offered.

Can I recover a local backup?

Open Settings → Comfort → Saves & Backup and choose Review Local Backup if it is available. Avoid deleting the app when troubleshooting a save issue, because that removes local progress.

Is Remove Ads available, and how do I restore it?

The current pre-release build does not have an active Remove Ads purchase. When offered, use Settings → Store → Restore Purchases while signed in to the same Apple Account used for the purchase. Restoring does not charge you again. Remove Ads is intended to disable automatic between-battle ads; reward ads remain optional.

How do I change my ad privacy choices?

Open Settings → Store → Ad Privacy Choices in the iOS app to review applicable Google consent/privacy options. Their availability depends on the service and your region. Device tracking permissions are managed separately in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.

The text or effects are hard to see or too intense.

Settings → Comfort has large subtitles, high-contrast sigils, reduced motion and effect intensity.

Battles feel slow.

Settings → Comfort → Battle Pace & Frame Rate provides shorter repeat casts, faster battle animations and a 30/60 fps choice.

Can I play offline?

Core gameplay works offline. Ads, consent-service updates and App Store services require an internet connection. An unavailable ad does not prevent you from continuing the game.

How do I get a refund?

If you have made an App Store purchase, Apple handles refund requests at reportaproblem.apple.com.
